Training Leaders Promotion Ceremony at the Abdelkrim Flous National Scout Center
In a distinguished celebratory atmosphere, the Abdelkrim Flous National Scout Center, located in Maamora Forest, hosted a ceremony marking the promotion of Training Leaders, in recognition of their efforts and commitment throughout their scouting and training journey.
The promotion represented the culmination of an extended path of training, dedication, and responsibility. It also recognized the efforts made by the leaders throughout the various stages of their development and their continued contribution to scouting education and leadership.
The ceremony was held as part of efforts to recognize the achievements of Training Leaders and encourage them to continue developing their competencies and improving their performance in scouting training, leadership development, community service, and fieldwork, in line with the educational principles and objectives of the Scout Movement.
The occasion provided an opportunity to acknowledge the work accomplished throughout the different stages of training, including theoretical and practical learning, training experiences, and evaluation, ultimately leading to the attainment of the Training Leader qualification.
A key moment of the ceremony was the presentation of promotion certificates and the Four-Bead Wood Badge to the recipients, in an atmosphere reflecting fraternity, belonging, and pride in their scouting journey.
The ceremony was attended by a number of national scouting leaders and officials, headed by Engineer Aziz El Hafidi, Delegate President of the Fédération Nationale du Scoutisme Marocain and President of the Moroccan Organization of Scouts and Guides, alongside Leader Hassan Gouiza, National Commissioner for Programs and Leadership Development.
The event highlighted the importance of investing in the training and development of scouting leaders as a fundamental element in strengthening educational work, improving field practices, and ensuring the continuity and impact of the scouting mission.
