The Moroccan Organization of Scouts and Guides organized the in-person practical component of the Assistant Leader Trainers Training Program from August 23 to 25, 2025, at the Abdelkrim Flous Scout Center.

This practical component formed part of the organization’s efforts to strengthen leader training and develop the competencies required for effective training and educational leadership within the scouting movement.

The in-person program provided participants with an opportunity to put acquired knowledge into practice, develop their training skills, and strengthen their ability to contribute effectively to the preparation and development of scouting leaders.

Practical training plays an essential role in the qualification process, allowing participants to move from theoretical knowledge to field application while gaining experience through participation, exchange, and direct practice.

The program also provided an environment for sharing experiences among participants and strengthening the values of teamwork, responsibility, and continuous learning that form an important part of scouting leadership and training.
